Since joining Amberside, I have worked on operational model builds for healthcare and renewable energy projects, model due diligence reviews and a viability model template for solar projects. I have worked with a number of Europe’s largest infrastructure funds, for transactions across a range of sectors. My fund experience spans a range of services, including valuing over 50 infrastructure assets and building bespoke portfolio models for over £5bn worth of infrastructure funds. I have also spent time on secondment with two large European infrastructure funds. Previously worked on multiple bid tenders and was a key driver behind Amberside's successful bid to get onto the Crown Commercial Service corporate finance framework. My public sector experience includes working on the development of a business case in line with HM Treasury's Green Book appraisal template structure. Since joining Amberside I have specialised in fund modelling, valuations and creating solutions for a variety of non-standard projects, by utilising my strong commercial understanding. I have worked on a number of projects spanning Europe and North America. I have now completed all of my ACA exams.

Variety of part-time roles, gaining more experience and responsibility, including:• Telesales Assistant, which involved direct contact with customers, helping me to build a strong working relationship with clients, in order to ensure their requirements were met to the best possible standard.• Being entrusted with a company laptop in order to continue my role as Telesales Assistant whilst studying away from home at university. • Supervising both the day and night shift staff, whilst being the youngest member, which helped to develop my leadership and organisational skills. This often involved staying late, to ensure the work was completed to the best possible standard before the set deadline. • Obtaining the necessary qualifications required to perform my roles at the company, including obtaining a forklift driving licence, a Level 1 Food Hygiene Qualification and a Manual Handling Qualification. • Consistently managing the part-time workload alongside studying, over several years.

Worked for a small local firm over the summer break. My role included:• Creating templates for client Suitability Reports, in line with the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority for a variety of investment and protection products.• Writing bespoke client Suitability Reports to support the recommendation made by the Financial Adviser. Spent a week at a medium sized local financial advisory firm over the spring break:• My task was to create a bespoke calculator using Microsoft Excel which would assist advisers with their analysis of costs for a range of pension products and also enable them to prepare projections. • The spreadsheet has replaced their existing 'bought-in' system and is now used by the company on a regular basis resulting in significant time savings for their advisers.
