Since March 2016 I am a mentor of Jelisaveta in EESTEC Training Team. During that time I had a chance to observe her work as well as cooperate directly with her. I want to point out 3 strong qualities of her, that in my opinion make her really strong employe and coworker: 1. Ability to listen - she is able to listen and hear what other people are saying. She also tries to understand what do they mean. 2. She is not afraid to ask questions. Whenever she lacks understanding she has no problem with asking a question or asks for clarification. 3. She strives for an understanding of the problem she solving. I see this particular trait as extremely important one. I have best memories from our experience of working together. And even if our official cooperation has ended, we still have regular contact and from time to time cooperate on Jelisavetas current issues. Overal, with a clear conscience, I can recommend cooperation with Jelisaveta.

As we were both part of EESTEC LC Belgrade Board of Directors, I worked with Jelisaveta on a day-to-day basis for almost a year. In all that time, she succeeded in channeling her passions into projects or interpersonal communication, like the movie she made for 15th birthday of our organization, or the little gifts she made for her team members. She has also piloted and put in motion annual media partnerships with media groups, which didn't happen in EESTEC before. Her greatest qualities include creativity, active learning, interpersonal skills as well as leadership.
