I recruited Kishan on the basis of a (cold) creative pitch he made redesigning the Y-cam website, and went on to manage him for five years. He cares, and that care and creativity was really apparent - he puts his soul in to everything he does, even if it's the most boring of documents, or presentations that he has re-made for the hundredth time. He's a quick learner and always learning, at first we had him image editing for the company, but quickly moved him on to creating professional brochures, packaging, web layouts, videos and complex work that we would have otherwise outsourced to agencies. The branding and products we worked on together won lots of awards, and I don't doubt that his design and creative skills were a large part of that success.
