Rob Phillips
My first impression of Phil was that he had somehow mastered time travel. It was the only explanation for how he could manage so many moving pieces at once while keeping a cool head also managing a team of engineers, designers, ops, and countless other people. He has a great framework for thinking through problems while being sure to keep the customer's concerns at the heart of the solution. On top of all this, he was an extremely kind and compassionate leader who you could always go to for advice. I can't emphasize enough how much he'd bring to your team and would highly recommend him for any leadership positions as well.

As the first PM hire, I helped build Luxe from the ground up through pre-launch, private Alpha/Beta, and full app store release. As the first analytics hire, I translated a mountain of information into actionable insights, enabling a relatively new (to data) organization make smart product decisions, setting off the beginnings of a data-driven culture. Directly responsible for the Front end team (Crowdtilt.com, now Tilt.com) and helped manage the API team roadmap, enabling thousands of people to connect/transact with friends, family, and strangers to make amazing things happen, together.
