I am accountable for developing and executing the membership strategy and website design for this UK based mental health charity. I work closely with the Senior Board of Trustees.I joined RAD in November 2020 during a difficult period for the charity and faced many challenges due to financial difficulties and frequent management changes. I have stood down as Treasurer for the Board of Trustees this year to allow me to concentrate on helping the charity grow its membership base, improve its member’s experience and totally re-design the charity website. During the past 12 months, my successes have included reducing operating costs by 43% and increasing income generated through membership by 60%, by transformation of the operating model and management structure, and implementing a new membership structure and process.
