My husband and I met Janice when we were selling our first home in East Bay, California around 2001. Sincerely, It was a scary experience for us.... The way he researches for the properties you want, how she strategically works the numbers, benefits -pros and cons in getting specific properties, the incredible knowledge about market trends, unique and personal approach makes Janice stand out from many other Realtors. She digs into what you are looking for, she stays with you to understand how your needs can change when you start checking properties. She only approaches you with specific properties that fit your needs, and she' s always there to answer any questions you might have. We learned some much and felt so comfortable working with her then that we are still counting on her for any Real Estate needs we might have today. Janice not only sold us the home we are in today, but an apartment property that has done amazingly well for us to date. We are still in touch with her when it comes to finding a RE property, and she is always showing us new properties we might be interested to get. I highly recommend Janice to help with your Real Estate needs. She is smart, and very creative when it comes to make the best deal to purchase. Funny, approachable and super smart.
