Language Processing: Subreddit Determination Project ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ► Built a classification model to determine optimal locations for Reddit posts, assessing posts from subreddits in Austin and Houston and testing with Logistic Regression and Random Forest classification models. ► Achieved 99% accuracy on the built model using Logistic and Random Forest Model with Countvectorizer and TFIDF, implying that Houston and Austin subreddits contained different discussions. ► Tested numerous parameters for classification models using data description and data cleaning / EDA. NLP / Classification: Cuisine Type Project ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ► Used a dataset from a 2015 Kaggle competition to build a classifier model using 39,744 recipes to predict cuisine. ► Built models using Random Forest and Gradient Boosting Classifiers to run test sets, which resulted in Random Forest as the best performing model on the test set with a 74% accuracy Grid Search Train Score.
