Bryant Ralston
Montana is damn lucky to have very bright, talented and responsible young people. Eric Tangedahl is certainly all of those things and more. Not only are his technical skills top notch, I found Eric also extremely capable in terms of relating to people and leveraging his personality and "soft skills" to help projects succeed. Those two sets of skills aren't often found together but Eric uses them both when, and where appropriate. I miss working more closely with him as we have both changed roles but would jump at the opportunity to do so again.
