I join 5 years integrated master-doctoral program (Leading Graduates Program) which was established by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). TUAT is one among 33 Japanese universities which are selected to held this program. The purpose of this program is to foster leaders who will play active global roles in industry, academia and government. Through this program, I have joined various international workshops and courses. I was working on a research about The Synthesis of Coconut Fiber-Based Cellulose-Silica Aerogel as Superabsorbent. I am focusing about the delignification condition to obtain the most optimum cellulose content from coconut fiber and the best composition of cross-linking agent plus silica to produce an aerogel with high mechanical strength and high absorption capacity.
