In the early days Erik would run all online advertising inhouse. Quickly revenue and budgets were rammed up to a level where Eriks role changed into sourcing and managing agencies for us (and 1 marketeer). 5 different agencies in total, on 3 continents. The agencies know he is on top of their performance while at the same time being a nice guy they like working with. Erik has been great at making my life as a founder easier because he is good at sales forecasting and budgeting. On top of this Erik eats data for breakfast - he early on structured and organised all data in dashboards that allowed us to quickly align the strategy to the actual performance.
