During my work at NHL Stenden Hospitality Group, I was happy to have Anton as my manager for four years in total. Anton is a very committed manager, both on a business and personal level. With Anton, I have always felt that I can turn to him for help with any challenges and questions. In addition, I am very happy with the creative mind Anton has. He looks beyond the possibilities and motivates others to also see and pursue these possibilities. Furthermore, he is good at putting things into perspective. When I can no longer see the wood for the trees, Anton can put things into perspective with only one sentence. That gives peace of mind. I have experienced Anton as a good, humoristic, reliable and approachable manager with a keen eye for his staff. In the two positions where Anton has been my manager, he has repeatedly shown that he fights for his employees. Many times with the desired outcome as result. In my opinion, Anton is an asset to any team!

He showed me that a good preparation takes you very far. Together with a small team, we managed to start a pop-up hotel. Anton gave me several responsibilities and space for my creativity which I appreciated. Next to that, he strives for the best results and has an eye for details. Anton likes to help others and to get the best out of themselves.
