Innovative and forward-thinking are the first words that come to mind when I think of Kristin. I had the pleasure of first meeting Kristin at the University of Denver where we collaborated on International Relations and studying the global nuances of people. Since then, Kristin has made People her life’s passion focusing on helping the connection of people with the right positions for them and the organizations she served. What impressed me most was her ability to think strategically about talent and then transform the strategy into action. Kristin encouraged the teams to think more broadly about Talent Management and how behavior interviewing helped individuals fit into the overall talent framework. In addition, Kristin acted as our financial analyst and partner in operations until June of this year prepping our KPI’s, budgeting for the company, and as an advisor to our leadership. Her pursuit and passion for innovative solutions made us all work harder to drive the organization forward. She certainly raised the bar for all of us on the team.
