  Started out as a runner, taking students to the bathroom, office, classrooms and nurses office if necessary, had a class of my own to take to lunch and recess and made sure they followed the rules of the playground and cafeteria, Covered for other lunch aides when they were out and had three classes to monitor during three lunch and recess periods, stepped into the supervisor role along with other lunch aides when the supervisor lunch aide was out, layed out schedules for lunch aides and made announcements over the microphone, made sure all of the students lined up properly, told the other lunch aides important information from the secretaries and principal, put out toys for recess, I also substituted for classroom paraprofessionals and had one student that I had to monitor but, helped every student and assisted the teacher with passing out materials Show less
