Ik heb het genoegen gehad samen te werken met Jacqueline. Behalve dat zij een formidabele collega is, is zij ook een meer dan bekwame HR manager. Ja, zij zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief goed geregeld is en ja, zij zorgt ervoor dat het bedrijf een ideaal en vooral werkbaar HR beleid kent. Maar nog meer dan dat, Jacqueline zorgt ervoor dat mensen het beste naar voren brengen door open en eerlijke communicatie. Begrip en samenwerking staan hoog in haar vaandel. Elke organisatie zou een Jacqueline Spits moeten hebben!
