Trevor is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate people I know when it comes to team/ organisational development, Harrison Assessments and coaching, but the thing I love the most about working with Trev is how much he genuinely cares about people and wants to help them. It is clear that this is not "just a job" to him. Trev regularly goes out of his way to help and goes massively above and beyond what I would ever expect from a service provider. If you are considering working with him, I would highly recommend it!

Trev is fantastic! Having gone through an intensive course on Harrison Assessments and also benefited from some regular mentoring sessions to explore my own assessment results, I can say that Trev is diligent and encouraging. He doesn't give you the answers, but is very talented in allowing you to discover them yourself, the ideal coach!
