I secured this internal role and permanent full-time role after finishing the previous project. I started this role immediately after completing the last project with EWA. The main purpose of this role is to provide a safe, cost effective and customer focused fuel delivery service to customers. I work with clients, contractors/hauliers and customers in order to minimise delays to pre-scheduled deliveries. I have the following responsibilities: • Re-schedule deliveries (when required) in line with Health & Safety regulations, service standards, customer requirements and optimum truck & driver efficiency • Consultation with Customers and contractors to ensure smooth running of deliveries • Liaise with transport contractors to ensure accurate paperwork is provided in a timely manner • Liaise with Drivers in the event of Vehicle Breakdown, missed deliveries or returned product • Complete excel spreadsheets to assist in the monitoring of Key performance indicators • Support schedulers in the original delivery planning stages • Check final paperwork is accurate and complete before it is sent to the transport contractor

I joined in EWA in December as a telephone canvasser. This role enabled calling constituents in different areas of the UK to gather their views, opinions and voting intentions on the 2015 General Election. This information was recorded through a specifically designed liberal democrat system where voting intentions were recorded by taking constituents answers over the phone. There is a script designed for each area in order to help the canvassers to ask the right questions. I really enjoyed this… Show more I joined in EWA in December as a telephone canvasser. I worked consistently for over 2 years and in May 2012, I was promoted to Team Leader. From May 2012 to February 2013, I was given the task of leading a group of six staff focused on permanent IT & SAP Recruitment. In this challenging role, I was responsible for a group of six staff. In this period, I was still responsible for making deals and ensured I closed my deals and also helped / closed other staff members close deals and overcome objectives. I worked closely with all staff by giving them targets and assessing which areas they needed help in.
