Vivian joined my team right after her graduation and despite of this was her first job, she showed exceptional capability in problem solving and proved herself as a fast learner being able to adapt newly learned skills&knowledge in project/product management quickly. A real example was she successfully launched the business intelligence system in HTC for different divisions(i.e. marketing, product management, software feature management) to extract the intelligence by using the system to analyze the collected data. This was a tremendous work and she played as a total coordinator and key planner in this task. Besides all of the good traits mentioned, two best qualities I've been observing from her are "passion" and "extreme sense of responsibility", without these 2 pieces of important mentality, she would had never accomplished the challenging jobs I've assigned to her.
