Where it is not possible to achieve a fitting outcome by direct negotiation I will use mediation to seek an agreed outcome.• Mediation: Having trained as a mediator in 2004 I have been mediating disputes since then resolving employment, personal and commercial disputes outside of the courts. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Commercial Mediation and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbiters. I view continuing professional development as a high priority. • Employment Law: I am accredited as a specialist in Employment Law by the Law Society of Scotland. Spending much time advising employers and employees on employment disputes and on how to avoid them, my work encompasses advice on a whole range of employment matters such restructuring. • Immigration: I manage Morton Fraser's acclaimed immigration team advising individuals and organisations in this constantly changing area.• Licensing: I lead our Licensing Team which is constantly top ranked by the legal directories advising organisations in relation to applications and on policy issues.
