During the time I worked with Bill for the Nokia publisher intake system, I came to know this gentleman. When Bill joined the team, he is new to web development. But his adaptivity to different technology and team really impresses me. Bill is a very good team player with extraordinary listening skill that allows him to be able to deal with conflicts smoothly and effectively. His professional attitude of always assuming the best of others makes the work atmosphere always pleasant and motivates the team to perform together. Bill has no fear of walking out his comfort zone. As many of us, public speaking is intimidating, But Bill took the challenge proactively. His determination of continuous self-improvement brings him to a higher level of success. His progress in the public speaking amazes us in every meeting. Bill is also considerable and active in volunteering in the company's social events. It is fun to talk to Bill outside work too. He is very versatile, good at sports and photography. I consider working with Bill to be a unique privilege.
