Models around people versus time developed and negotiated with client.• Development and implementation of systems to facilitate the work flow internally and with client. Lead the team that accomplished an average disking of 122 SKU’s per month with 4 reverts per SKU.• Strategic involvement with the International consultants that were given the task of assessing, segmenting and re-categorizing the existing SKU’s for PnP. 3 400 existing SKU’s where re-categorized according to the good, better, best model and new ranges developed.
