Jim is well equipped to understand and effectively address IT issues. He has strong organizational and management capability combined with a concern for his clients, co-workers and friends.

I had the great honor of working with Jim most of my 4 years in Minnesota. We quickly became friends when we found out about each other's passion for computers. His knowledge of computers was overwhelming, yet not condescending. He has a very eloquent way of figuring out [what could be] difficult problems for most end users. I highly recommend Jim for any IT related job, he gives everything he has to make sure the end product is better than the way he received it. He is a very quick learner of new things. I also look forward to the day he and I see and work together again.
