I had the opportunity to interact with Chip on a regular basis from a design change control and scheduling standpoint. Chip is very conscience and puts a lot of emphasis on the design as a whole. He takes into account the other systems and installations a change effects. He ensures his designs are accurate and comprehensive. He worked closely with my group to make sure changes could be phased in at the appropriate time. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chip and hope the opportunity to do so again arises in the future.

Chip was a key member of the engineering team that supported our flight test efforts on the A700. In addition to his technical knowledge, Chip was a pleasure to work with and fitted into the team very well. His knowledge, skills and abilities will be an asset to any engineering design and test team.
