The majority of my time at The Sticky Brand is spent Interacting with customers and clients, both through email and over the phone. I am responsible for addressing incoming order requests and providing quotes, invoices, digital proofs, and general customer service, as well as print file preparation. On the back end, I work with manufacturers and distributors for products that are not produced in-house. The design aspect of my job is primarily focused on creating new sticker/label designs as per customer requests, and preparing files for print. I have also been in charge of product development, project management, and UI/UX design for our specialty product lines. I manage several email advertising campaigns, as well as key client retention and client acquisition strategies. Finally, for the production portion of this job, I assist our production manager in running the machines we use in-house, as well as perform processing duties, quality control, packing and mailing, and much more.

I offered canine care services for a short time in 2019. My responsibilities in this role included boarding, walking, training, feeding, cleaning and generally caring for my client's dogs.
