This initially involved approving or rejecting repair requests on their individual merits to prevent frivolous spending by store managers. I would then visit the store and check the quality and amount of work carried out by the contractors to ensure that the client was getting value for money. I also liaised closely with the A.S. Watson Area Managers to resolve any maintenance issues they may have had.
