During my first year at Siemens, I had the pleasure of working together in the same team as Sophie. Sophie was and still is, one of the highest performing persons I have had the opportunity to meet. She is clever, excellent at structuring, and a great team player; striving towards the greater good of the company and her colleagues. Problems are only challenges that need to be solved for Sophie. After we changed teams, I still experienced the good results Sophie made in her new role. I recommend Sophie to any company lucky enough to have her and wish her all the best in future endeavors.

Whilst working in our Australia office I witnessed Sophie's excellent and professional telephone manner & working ethic. Completed tasks within a timely fashion and used great intiative even when having to complete very boring & mundane tasks. Huge enthusiasm and commitment shown & she was a pleasure to work with. A super asset to our team in our Freemantle office.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of 2 websites, achieving a page 1 ranking on Google search engine and over £25,000 sales turnover in 12 months. Gained an extensive knowledge of e- commerce, internet marketing, SEO website development and control management system (CMS). Each website performed as a separate entity providing the opportunity to gain an insight into small business processes to include budgeting, forecasting, cash flows and development scheduling. Gained experience in time management, organisation and delegation as well as extensively developing skills in a number of Microsoft programs including, outlook, excel, word and publisher. Above all was the experience gained in online marketing, appreciating the influence of Google and other search engines. Developing an understanding for Ad Words, Google Ads and Analytics, providing the knowledge to effectively move the websites forward in terms of competitors, product range and website layout. As a result of competing in this price sensitive market, overseas sourcing became imperitive. My role became sourcing samples from a selection of different chinese manufactures, taking into account the presence of agents in the market. The end result of this excercise generated savings of 45% on the original cost price. Show less
