Andy was amongst those members of the Data & BI team at Greensill who were recruited during lockdown and due to that as I write this recommendation we are still yet to meet in person. But that fact reinforces the positive impact Andy made upon myself and the team. Andy brings a wealth of experience in delivering BI solutions. This became evident in his considered approach to requests made of him whereby despite being new to the business data he was expected to work with, he produced consistently great results always with that little bit extra thrown in. Andy is quick to pick up and take ownership of a task. His work with our SAP BI infrastructure showed a thoughtful and calm approach which was not lessened due to system availability constraints combined with tight timescales. Andy liaised with the stakeholders and provided excellent communications throughout. The Data & BI team at Greensill were a close knit community and Andy fitted into this with ease. He was keen to assist colleagues where he could but was also happy to take up tasks on an individual basis. It is a shame that I only got to work with Andy for a relatively short period of time but he made a brilliant impression nonetheless. I certainly hope to be able to work with him again.

Having only worked with Andy for a few months, it was immediately clear that he is truly professional and extremely skilled. In a tough situation coming into a new company under lockdown and the huge learning curve specific to Greensill, Andy took it all in his stride and threw himself straight into it. He’s a real asset to have on your side and is a great team player as well as being a fun individual. I hope to get an opportunity in the future to work beside Andy for longer and would recommend him highly.
