PHP REIT invests in modern primary healthcare facilities in the UK and Ireland. The portfolio comprises 512 assets with a value of £2.9bn and rental income of £144m per annum. At PHP my strategic role is managing value across the existing portfolio; adding value where possible and defending value where necessary. Key objectives include enhancing income streams, maximizing occupancy, as well as extending the portfolio WAULT. I take ownership of projects from cradle to grave and report to the PHP board.

I managed a long-established Dublin based family investment portfolio with retail assets in Ireland and the UK, turning my hand to all facets of the business including, property management and all Landlord/Tenant matters. I undertook value add asset management projects including refurbishments, extensions, lease renewals and planning promotions, as well as overseeing acquisitions and disposals. I managed the portfolio debt structure. I restructured the portfolio following the 2007 Great Recession.
