From managing employees, offers and promotions, and floor design, Ilkan truly had his hands in everything, and always did great. Ilkan responsibilities includes but not limited to: delegating and assigning tasks, setting schedules, organizing merchandise, managing stock and inventory, and monitoring pricing, handled the long-term goals and vision for the business, and did a fantastic job in developing our plan and ensuring they were in line with the budget. I worked closely with Ilkan in developing budget goals, plans and promotions, and Ilkan always impressed me with his insightful ideas. He worked well with the team but also took initiative himself.
