As a Sales and Customer Care Agent, Alba was very thorough and always placed the customer first. As an Event Coordinator she was amazing and took care of both fund gathering and event development and management, pitching the most refreshing ideas to boost morale in the teams while pooling resources and managing them optimally, all while following a plan which resulted in some of the best events I have ever seen. There is definitely more to Alba than meets the eye, and though I was sorry to see her go, I was still happy to see she found room to grow, even if elsewhere. I don't need to wish her luck, given that success naturally follows her.
