I was lucky enough to be on Travis's team for about a year- and the standard he set as a manager is a standard that I will always measure future managers against. First and foremost, Travis genuinely cares about his team members on a personal level. This attitude created a truly positive environment - based on trust, and open/honest communication. In an age of working remotely, this really helped bring our team together and personalize the *reason* for working. It also cannot be understated - Travis is sharp. His sales knowledge and ability to interpret data is impressive. However, what is more impressive is his ability to clearly teach and communicate exactly WHY we should try something sales-wise or what the data is saying. Thanks Travis - I am sure we will work together again!
