I have rich experience with contractual relationships within the construction sector, including experience with the FIDIC standard conditions of contract. I especially: - draft and negotiate contracts on work; - carry out contract management and claim management; - solve issues with delay in the projects (including concurrent delays), providing delay analysis, time and financial claim qualifications; - represent clients on dispute avoidance, mediation and dispute resolution; - assist the clients on creating the programme of the project with logical links and critical path, including updates. I am listed as an adjudicator at SACE (Slovak Association of Consulting Engineers) - Slovak branch of FIDIC: https://sace.sk/en/registry-of-adjudicators/ I resolve disputes between parties in construction projects as an ad hoc arbiter appointed by the parties. Besides construction contract law: I participated in various due diligence investigations of companies from various business sectors as well as in those focused mainly on real estate issues. I have experience in competition, antitrust law and procurement; I provided advice in respect of vertical agreements, cartel agreements and other anti-competitive practices, as well on various issues regarding the procurement procedures, both, on the side of the bidder and contracting authority/entity. During my career, I gained significant experience in the field of corporate law and commercial law. Show less
