Mahmoud Boutaam is an excellent educator and a model academic. His passion for learning and sharing his knowledge with his students is beyond commendable. Mahmoud has a charisma about him; he associates well with his students, and they remain engaged when they are in his class. He is interactive, and, being a native speaker of French, he has a lot to share about not just language, but also inflections, dialect and the finer details of grammar. Mahmoud works well with his colleagues as he offers fresh, innovative and dynamic ideas at meetings and conferences. Mahmoud's practicality trumps all; he knows how to convey his lessons in a meaningful and permanent manner.
