Jill helped me transition my career from the practice of law to higher education. Simply put, I could not have done it without her! I worked with Jill to revise my resume and applications materials. She helped me identify realistic options and coached me through the interview process. As with all job searches, I had my highs and lows. Jill helped me remain motivated during low periods and remain humble during the high periods. Thanks to Jill, I eventually obtained the job that was my first choice. I am very thankful for Jill counseling me and supporting me as an SCU alumni.

Jill is such an amazing resource for students at SJSU iSchool in the MLIS and MARA programs. She is so present, engaged and insightful it is beyond inspiring. In addition to her vision, Jill goes out of her way to be infinitely available to students in the program and alumni, even offering personal resume review and regularly holding virtual presentations and Q&As. I don't know how I would navigate my career and write my career blog without learning from Jill. She is invaluable to SJSU and to the students she supports and motivates. Thanks again Jill for everything you do!

I coach professionals who are feeling unfulfilled, tired, and stuck get clear on what it is they really want in their lives, increase their energy so they can take action to make change, and create steps to lead a meaningful life, whatever that means for them. I do that by:• Uncovering what’s been stopping them, slowing them down or keeping them from staying on track and going after what it is they really want.• Making them a priority in their life and dedicating time to self-care.• Discovering which habits and beliefs are keeping them from being able to see a different future and what to do about it.• Getting crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to begin taking action to cultivate the life they desire.• I’ll be sure their job search tools – their resume and LinkedIn profile – are working for them not against them.• I’ll teach them how to be unstoppable and totally confident in their job search.I personally want you to wake up in the morning feeling excited, inspired, and energized to take on the day and go after your life! I am passionate about helping professionals live the life they imagine with clarity, energy, and purpose.
