Jay's book "Firing at Will" has led to an overhaul in our employment practices. We've modified several standard documents based on recommendations and examples from his book, and are very pleased with the results. Just wish we'd had access to them earlier. Additionally, I'm a subscriber to Jay's "Jayshep" blog. Consistently well written, the blog is attractive and always provides good information.

What can you about being an attorney, I guess it is better than being an auditor, at least as an attorney you can have a happy client. And in my case, that is absolutely true. Good judgement, fair pricing model and excellent service.
