Directing the Research and Development aspects of a multi-disciplinary effort aimed at creating novel high efficiency internal combustion engines operating on a variety of fuels for both power generation and automotive applications. Responsible for research plan and scope of work definition, identifying new projects and opportunities, and sharing work load, data, and results between two research partners and a University research laboratory. My work as a team member spans beyond managerial tasks and also includes some CAD / 3D drawing and prototyping work, testing, data analysis and report creation.In the course of my work at Nostrum Energy I was instrumental in the design, patenting, prototyping and development of our line of colliding jet fuel and water injectors for both direct and port injection applications, taking the idea from a basic concept, to a product that can be purchased today in the market.

Responsible for design, sales, installation and maintenance of high voltage special effects equipment and its implementation in movies, theater, television, and live performances. Clients included Mercedes Benz, Honda, Universal Studios, Disney and others. If you have seen a lightning bolt on a recent movie or TV show that was not computer generated, there is a very good chance I had a part in making it happen.
