Yuriy is the one of the most versatile engineers I have had a pleasure to work with. He joined GetGoing as a QA Manager and was able to get up to speed in record time and in particular became an expert in the complex flight booking and ticketing processes with all of their details and corner cases. He showed himself as a true expert in all QA areas including black-box and white-box testing, dev-in-test and release management. He was able to hire an awesome QA team and keep it happy and productive. He was later promoted to become the Head of Engineering and was able to maintain team cohesion despite turbulent times the company went through and manage the team through a pivot with zero regrettable attrition.
