Primary Responsibilities: •Collaborates with the Community Manager and the corporate sales and marketing team to develop the Leasing and Marketing Plan and sales strategies to achieve budgeted occupancy for the property. •Works with corporate staff and Community Manager to produce and update all print advertising and all marketing collateral materials to include technology such as the property web page, Facebook, etc., to market the property to full occupancy. •Track and evaluate all leasing statistics and demographics of the property and develops the weekly sales report for review by executive management; prepares competitive market surveys as needed. •Conducts on-going training sessions for staff and ensures that staff completes all required training Supervises, trains, and motivates all leasing representatives involved in leasing and coaches the staff to the successful conclusion of full occupancy. •In conjunction with the CM/GM and Resident Services Manager, executes activities and events that foster an enjoyable, safe, and positive atmosphere for the residents to encourage resident retention.
