Foreign Cinema is a magical destination for local, national and international visitors. As a first and final point of contact I learned how to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced setting to ensure our guests had a wonderful experience. This was my first job in the restaurant industry and I loved everything about it. I learned that I was capable of working in that environment and really enjoyed it so I am pursuing related careers in the field. Had to step down from this role due to my hectic schedule but I believe it was truly a mutually beneficial experience. Show less

The Women’s Policy Institute amplifies the voices of women who are leading grassroots social justice work, training them on how legislation is made and connecting them to those in power.” I supported a bill throughout the legislative process, set up meetings and lobby days with decision makers, and built meaningful relationships with over 40 community based organizations throughout California, state departments, and individuals during my fellowship.
