Genuine & a high EQ person is what comes to mind when I think about Simon. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Simon since 2017, during which he was my immediate supervisor, a great colleague, and a good friend. Coming from a different knowledge background Simon impressed everyone of us with his ability to quickly grasp the business dynamics in the region and provided the leadership to the team. A key characteristic of Simon was his ability to have an unbiased view and listen to each team member`s concerns before arriving at the solution. Simon would be a fine leader for any organization requiring a solid people person and an individual with high EQ. It was a pleasure working in his team and wish our work paths cross again...
