Nick has a empathetic management style, coupled with a work-ethic that is unmatched. I’ve had the privilege of working with Nick over 7 years on MEI initiatives and have always been amazed by his proactivity and more recently, creativity. He’s become a master of content production and strategy while also managing the organizational duties. I’d highly recommend Nick for any role and lucky to continue working with him on the Marine Education Initiative.

I have been a part of the Marine Education Initiative, a non-profit started by the Metropulos family, since 2014. I have known Nicholas personally since before I joined the organization. His passion for helping those in need and giving back to the community is truly unparalleled. During my time working alongside Nicholas, I have seen him exhibit proficiency in social media marketing, fundraising, and management. I have developed strong empathy for others through my work with the Marine Education Initiative, and have been inspired to continue volunteering in the community beyond the foreseeable future. If anyone ever has the opportunity to work on a project or collaborate with any of his organizations, their expectations are guaranteed to be exceeded in all aspects. I was fortunate to work under Nicholas' lead for about two years with Fishing for Families in Need (F4FN). As the Miami Program Director, I had a lot of responsibilities to fulfill. The way in which Nicholas advised, prepared, and guided me through those responsibilities displayed his strong sense of leadership and his excellent management skills, consequently making my job easier. He was extremely organized and was always ready to help, no matter the time of day. He deeply cares about the success and advancement of others; something which is difficult to find in an individual today. Through his dedication to his work, he provides an aspect of experience that aids in the comfortability of others, such as helping me begin my first day teaching the Miami Program. It was a pleasure to work with Nicholas.
