Responsibilities included: -Managing all financial aspects of tour including budgeting, appropriating and accounting for hundreds of thousands of dollars. -Interfacing with agents, promoters, managers, label representatives and legal council for each band while simultaneously coordinating press, media opportunities, retail opportunities, and merchandising opportunities. -Interfacing with promoters and negotiating all aspects of tour complex settlement splits. *Tour managed six international tours including Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Singapore, and two of MAE’s five visits to Japan. *Represented MAE in the development and authoring of Destination: Imagination’s 2010 Project Outreach Program which invites over 150,000 students from over 30 countries to creatively engage in community service.
