Served as the Chief Executive Officer and oversaw all logistic and operational aspects for the Eighth Session of the Red Cedar Model United Nations with more than 200 delegates (RCMUN VIII). Supervised and developed nine Senior Staffers in the creation of diverse and informative Background Guides. Coordinated with multiple school advisors via email to ensure a successful conference. Procured all items needed for conference and used greener materials. Reached out to and secured new schools.Enhanced leadership role by taking on more responsibilities within the organization.
