This is one of my easiest recommendations I can give. Ricks is by far one of the best people to work with or have working for you. He was able to prove time and time again effective project management, preparation when meeting, and working to get the job done right. He had a good grasp of CRM operations (specifically Salesforce) that allowed us to quickly role out a customer service platform, building it from the ground up. When working with sales, he was able to enhance an already improved sales process that would make the sales reps even more effective. His work with compliance on our contracts and ensuring product offerings were correct was exceptional. All of this work allowed the company's deals to be accurate, scalable, and above board. This then allowed greater customer success with setting customer expectations accurately and that they were effectively communicated to during onboarding and continued use of software. Ricks has been a joy to work with on a professional and personal level as a very easy person to get along with and he is very conscious of the people around him. His work ethic potentially even exceeds mine and I am pretty proud of mine. I don't know a company that has ever regretted hiring him and don't know one that would regret it if they were able to bring him on board.
