Simply put, Katie is awesome to work with (period). Always professional, even in the most frustrating situations, and always looking forward. Not to mention the fact that she’s extremely knowledgeable and always willing to offer great nutrition advice. I truly enjoyed working with Katie and would happily work with/for her in the future.

The first day I met Katie Goldberg, I was impressed with her energy and talent. During her time at CitySquare (formerly Central Dallas Ministries) she managed expanding responsibilities with aplomb. She continued building relationships with donors, volunteers and other organizations as she took on roles in communications, special events and gifts. She demonstrated professionalism, never losing sight of CitySquare’s mission, and kept her cool while juggling a myriad of demands placed on her by a growing non-profit. She is creative, pro-active and was integral in CitySquare’s growth. Her leadership and ability to manage a multitude of high priority demands would be an asset to any organization. I will miss working with Katie; she delivers impressive results with passion. I highly recommend Katie.

When you are pregnant, Google is SOOOO overwhelming. Your girlfriends mean well, but they never agree with each other. This leaves you with conflicting results and uncertainty, causing paralysis and self-doubt. Maybe even unnecessary stress, which can lead to poor pregnancy outcomes. Or worse yet - you become apathetic, feel defeated, and get a case of the "eff-its." This does NOT set you up to be confident about becoming a mom. Help pregnant women with diets and nutrition so they are confident, trust themselves that they are doing the best for themselves and their babies. That's why I started The Pregnancy Dietitian. When I went back to grad school, I fell in love with ALL. THE. THINGS. about nutrition and women's health. It is truly an honor to be a trusted advisor during this precious season of a woman's life. After all, pregnancy is one of the most emotional and vulnerable times in your life. Don't entrust Dr. Google with this one! Things I help my clients with: > Nutritient needs (including calories and macros) > Food recommendations (things to avoid AND things to add) > Supplements to support your healthiest pregnancy > Healthy lifestyle during pregnancy or postpartum > Symptom management (think: nausea, cravings, heartburn, constipation) > Chronic disease management during pregnancy or lactation I love working with women who are… > First-time moms > Recovering perfectionists > Carrying multiples > Pregnant thanks to fertility treatments > Frustrated by all the eating "rules" > Wanting to support lactation or exercise postpartum, without experiencing depletion Your solution: The Pregnancy Dietitian offers a solution that is 100% customized for each person. Monthly meetings are held virtually using a HIPAA-compliant video chat system Get my FREE guide to choosing a prenatal vitamin here: https://thepregnancydietitian.com/meet-katie/ (scroll down!)
