During this internship, I isolated cells from various tissues that I obtained from the department of plastic surgurey at the Red Cross hospital in Beverwijk. The goal of this study was to differentiate them into endothelial cells and thereby promote burn wound healing in skin transplants. I used various cell culture techniques, PCR and immunohistochemistry.
