Apr 2019 - Mar 2021
This role includes the management of four direct reports covering both the Shunt and Mainline Reliability roles. This role requires the engagement of multiple stakeholders including Delivery teams, Asset Managers and Operations teams. As part of my role we have introduced monthly performance metrics for both the Shunt and Wagon fleets to help improve reliability of the assets. I am also responsible for managing the investigation and subsequent reports generated when our assets experience a significant failure. The above responsibilities have given me a strong understanding of the current shunt fleet condition and challenges.
