I was a guest speaker for the diabetes organization of the Hordaland district at the regional hospital in Bergen in march of 2014. I discussed how I combine international top-level athletics with the every-day challenges of a diabetes diagnosis. The target audience of the speech was young adults and youth with diabetes, struggling to combine athletics and extracurricular activities with diabetes.
