I built a CRS Business concept development on both scientific and strategic levels and developed ecological services aligned with a strong commercial services approach. I built a CRS Business concept development on both scientific and strategic levels and developed ecological services aligned with a strong commercial services approach. I ensured stable turnover or benefits with the Finance department, as well as establishing organisational processes and team KPIs. I secured partnerships with local councils, developers, and architects. Part of my main goal was to certify Inveo with the National OFB label “Entreprises Engagées pour la Nature” (EEN) (eng. Company committed to Nature), 2023, which we succeeded in doing. This win led to establishing a four-year CRS business strategy, focused on biodiversity preservation aligned with EEN goals (2023-2027). I placed Inveo in the famous GreenTech hub “Technopole de l’Arbois”, Metropole Aix-Marseille. Thanks to great teamwork and our new connection with the Technopole, we were able to launch an innovative product, an insulated/connected bat house, now listed for the CES Awards in Las Vegas, in January 2024. I helped the organisation with its communications and PR which led to an expedition to São Tomé and Príncipe (STP), Africa, in February 2019 and a partnership with BirdLife Africa. Since the NGO's creation, the team has found many new insect species for science.
