Naast deze applicaties implementeer ik ook applicaties die ontwikkeld zijn door OPEN.satisfaction zoals: OPEN.post, OPEN.archief, OPEN.contract, OPEN.barcode en OPEN.intranet. My work embraces the analysis of information flows within organizations. Not only the analysis, but also the implementation is part of my job at OPEN.satisfaction. (For English description see below) Samen met een collega student heb ik een marketing plan geschreven voor de ASKA. Dit onderzoek hebben wij gebaseerd op een behoefteanalyse die wij gehouden hebben onder ouders van basisschoolkinderen in de Assen. Ook hebben wij bij de ASKA een medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek gehouden. Samen hebben wij 48 open vragen opgesteld. Na de resultaten geanalyseerd te hebben, hebben wij de directie enkele voorstellen gedaan om de tevredenheid van de 250 medewerkers te verbeteren. A colleague student and I wrote a marketing plan. We did a survey among parents of children on the primary school. We analyzed this data an wrote a new marketing plan. We also did a personnel satisfaction survey for this organization. It helped the organization to improve the satisfaction rate of the 250 employees.
