We worked closely together as he was the main internal customer of my group, so I had numerous opportunities over the years to observe the respect and loyalty his staff, co-workers and management held for him. A big part of that is the way he treats others; he has a true understanding of the meaning of leadership. When the Entorian management picked him to run the manufacturing operations in Mexico, it was probably the best and easiest decision they ever made.
